Rosdee Jose

Outstanding Achievement

in Volunteerism - Individual

Since 2015, Rosdee has led the Blessing Bag Campaign for the Homeless, this grassroots campaign has reached over 8,400 individuals across Metro Manila. Each year, she organizes the distribution of care packages focusing on peak times like the holiday season and Holy Week. With over ₱600,000 raised and partnerships with shelters, clinics, and nonprofits, the campaign continues to provide both immediate aid and access to long-term support.

Beyond logistics, Rosdee has built a movement rooted in compassion. Her volunteer training program has inspired many to pursue advocacy work. Through her work, she reminds people living in the streets that they are seen and not alone.

Outstanding Achievement

in Volunteerism - Group

#MakeItSafeChampions promotes online safety in vulnerable communities across Visayas and Mindanao. Through partnerships with over 40 schools, they have educated more than 6,000 students, teachers, and parents about the dangers of cyberbullying, misinformation, and online predators.

 

By focusing on early intervention and equipping key groups with tools and training, the initiative fosters  responsible online behavior. Beyond awareness sessions, the program encourages sustained impact by expanding school partnerships and training local advocates for online safety. #MakeItSafeChampions remains a growing force in digital safety education.

Aldwin Mahusay

Outstanding Achievement

in Wonderful Service - Individual

Known as the heart of his region,  Aldwin Mahusay stands out for his commitment to service excellence, driving initiatives that uplift both employees and communities. In 2024, he expanded the Digital Thumbprint Program and launched a Train-the-Trainers model, reaching 4,600 attendees and engaging 40 schools to bring in 102 interns.

 

He also led internal knowledge-sharing efforts, reaching over 3,600 employees and over 41,000 Workplace views, and ensured inclusive communication by translating Globe values into four regional languages.

​

Aldwin’s impact extends beyond the office, going as far as mobilizing hundreds of volunteers for community efforts in Cebu and Davao.

Field & Engineering Operations

in Wonderful Service - Group

The Field & Engineering Maintenance team constantly ensures reliable service and innovation. In 2024, they maintained 97%–99% network uptime and generated Php 180 million in revenue, reinforcing their vital role in both operations and business growth. Their defining moment came during Typhoons Christine and Pepito, where they swiftly restored connectivity in high-risk areas, reconnecting communities.

Their proactiveness minimizes disruptions and ensures business continuity, especially for enterprise clients. By placing customers at the center of everything they do, the team has protected brand reputation and

 drove customer loyalty and growth.

GCash International

Outstanding Achievement

in Innovation - Commercialized

GCash International transformed GCash into a leading platform for cross-border payments. In 2024, they introduced key innovations like US/EU bank cash-in, Global Pay STP, and Remittance Pass-through, providing a seamless financial ecosystem for millions of overseas Filipinos, including workers, freelancers, and travelers. These solutions have simplified financial transactions and opened new revenue streams for GCash, contributing to a remarkable 2,356% GTV growth.

Their agile approach has driven rapid market expansion, with GCash now operating in 47 countries and supporting over 2 million active users. Their focus on real-time user experiences, such as introducing GCash Overseas and the Visa GCash Card, has further empowered Filipinos abroad.

With the highest Net Promoter Score in broadband and strategic partnerships with major brands, it continues to innovate and enhance its offering. MARAWIN: Rising from
Ground Zero

Exemplary Collaboration

MARAWIN has made a transformative impact by bringing fiber broadband to Marawi, becoming the first and only ISP to do so. The team overcame security threats and logistical hurdles to deploy broadband in just three months. With a 95% utilization rate, the project connected 69K students, 342 businesses, and hospitals..

Their rapid deployment, including the completion of the pilot in one month, set a new standard for high-risk broadband rollouts. MARAWIN delivered connectivity and empowered the Marawi community, offering new opportunities for education and business. Their collaboration proved that digital connectivity is possible in even the most challenging environments.

Julie Abalos

Excellence in Leadership

Julie has played a transformative role in shaping GCash’s international business, growing it from the ground up to over 1 billion in 2024. By leading the launch of GCash Overseas and enabling direct bank cash-ins from thousands of banks in the US and EU/UK, she has expanded GCash’s global reach.

Julie’s leadership have led to expanded services in China, including achieving a record-breaking GTV of Php 156M and securing new revenue incentives with Alipay. Her focus on product optimization, streamlined onboarding, and credit line activation has reduced turnaround time by 50%. Julie continues to drive GCash’s global expansion, shaping the future of financial services for Filipinos abroad.

Donna Terencio

OneGlobe Employee of the Year

Donna has driven remarkable growth, increasing gross sales revenue 2.5 times in a year and achieving an elevenfold growth over three years. Her focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency has kept churn rates under 9% and ensured financial stability by substituting 20% of delayed

product revenue.

 

Donna has also expanded the company’s client base, increasing client acquisition by 1.4 times in the past year and boosting average revenue per client by 1.5 times. 

​

Her collaboration across functions has led to sevenfold growth in bundled product revenue and a 35% increase in customer acquisition without added operating costs. Donna's commitment to excellence make her a standout leader and a deserving Employee of the Year.
